We recommend that your pet has an annual visit to the veterinarian, to monitor their health as they age and to keep their vaccinations up-to-date. Animals age much faster than humans, so it's important to track changes from year to year, to prevent or catch early onset of potential disease or health issues. To help do so, we offer a preventative care screening for cats and dogs that includes blood work (CBC and Chemistry Panel) , fecal analysis, and with dogs, heartworm and tick-borne disease testing. All this lab work is offered at a special packaged price, significantly lower than the combined cost of the individual tests.
You can elect to receive courtesy text/email reminders from us for when your pet is due for their annual visit, vaccinations, and preventative heartworm or flea/tick medications. We encourage you to schedule your annual appointment at least a month in advance to ensure a timely appointment. Please notify us if you have specific concerns you wish to discuss with the vet during your wellness visit, as this may warrant a longer appointment time. If your pet is sick or you have a health concern, an earlier appointment may be necessary.
