WVC hosts a full surgical suite in the lower level of the clinic, where we are able to perform a wide range of surgical services for your pets. We understand that surgery can be stressful, but we strive to provide your pets with the best care and attention during all procedures. Our team is here to answer your questions and address any concerns, at all times.
We offer competitive pricing for spay and neuter procedures for your dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets. A treatment plan (estimate) will be provided for all procedures.
Our very own Dr. Mitterling has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and has been performing these surgeries for many years. Cruciate Ligament Repairs is one of his most common orthopedic procedures. For the ACL repair, he offers a TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement) procedure or a Lateral Suture procedure. In addition to knees, fracture repairs, limb amputations, and more can be performed for our patients.
Dental disease is one of the most common issues seen in cats and dogs, especially as they age. Professional dentistry can immensely improve your pet's quality of life and overall health.
A Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment is one of the first steps in diagnosing dental issues and to then determine a Treatment plan for your pet. Prior to scheduling a COHAT (dental procedure), your pet will receive a thorough oral examination by a veterinarian, and a treatment plan (estimate) will be created based on this assessment.
A typical dental procedure is performed under anesthesia and includes dental radiographs, ultrasonic cleaning and polishing of the teeth, and extractions, as needed.
